About the NextGen Leaders Forum

​The Construction Leadership Council is now the NextGen Leaders Forum!  This name change reflects the groups dedication to supporting an active community that focuses on empowering and supporting emerging leaders. The NextGen Leaders Forum embodies AGC’s dedication to innovation, collaboration, and the exchange of fresh ideas, aiming to drive the industry forward through the energy and perspectives of its future leaders.

​The purpose of the NLF is to act as a conduit for participants to network, exchange ideas about work and the industry, serve local communities and continue their education which includes personal and professional development and leadership skills.
