AGC of Michigan provides students with variety of opportunities to learn, observe and develop their skills with current leaders in the industry. Through partnerships with universities, educational and networking events, intern opportunities, and scholarship support, AGC Michigan is helping develop the next generation of leaders for Michigan's construction industry.

Building Potential Program - A panel of industry professionals engage with students at Michigan Universities virtually to share information on their role within their organization and advice on transitioning form school to work.
Student Chapters - Membership in an AGC Student Chapter provides young professionals with an opportunity to observe and develop their skills with current industry leaders.
Scholarships - The AGC of Michigan Educational Endowment Scholarship program has been providing undergraduate scholarships for students pursuing construction management or civil engineering degrees at accredited Michigan universities since 1984.
Summer Work Program - Designed exclusively for Michigan construction contractors, this cooperative program between the AGC Construction Industry Advancement Program and Michigan colleges and universities provides construction work experience for undergraduate students.
