Summer Heat Safety: Protect Your Workers

As summer heat arrives across Michigan, AGC Michigan and MIOSHA are urging employers to review their heat illness prevention procedures and take steps to protect workers from heat-related hazards. Hot and humid conditions can quickly lead to serious illness from heat cramps and exhaustion to life-threatening heat stroke, particularly for workers in physically demanding or poorly ventilated environments.
