This 12-month tailored program builds and strengthens a network of industry professionals while building leadership skills. |
Identify new resources
Discover AGC Michigan and AGC of America resources to benefit the individual, the organization, and the industry. |
Help resolve current issues
Identify topics of current interest/concern and work together to find resources to address the issues. |

- Leadership Workshops: Four full-day sessions tailored to participant-driven topics, and multiple virtual sessions, webinars, and web-based learning opportunities.
- Industry Immersion: Site tours, fundraising events, and committee meetings
- Networking & Visibility: Access to AGC Michigan Annual Meetings and NextGen Leaders Forum
- Collaborative Learning: Group development of educational content

Rising leaders from general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and service firms are selected to participate providing a well-rounded networking and educational experience. The program is limited to 24 participants.
