The Legislative Committee monitors and reviews construction-related legislation, helps to craft legislative positions, and helps represent the Association before the legislature. The committee keeps the general membership appraised of current legislatives issues with special bulletins and articles in the AGC of Michigan Midweek Briefing (e-newsletter).
