Local 16 consists of Four Zones:

Jurisdiction: Barry, Calhoun and Kalamazoo Counties; Van Buren County except the Townships of South Haven, Covert, Geneva, Bangor, Hartford and Keeler; in Allegan County the Townships of Allegan, Cheshire, Clyde, Dorr, Gun Plain, Hopkins, Lee, Leighton, Martin, Otsego, Trow-bridge, Valley, Watson and Wayland.

Jurisdiction: Clinton, Eaton, Inhgam and Jackson Counties; the Townships of Howell (including entire City of Howell), Handy, Conway and Cohoctah in Livingston County.

Jurisdiction: Genesee and Shiawassee Counties; the Townships of Deerfield and Tyrone in Livingston County, and the portions of Hartland and Oceola Townships north of M-59 in Livingston County.

Jurisdiction: Ionia, Kent, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newyago, Oceana, and that portion of Ottawa County north of Highway M-45.
