Conference Room/Videoconferencing

The AGC of Michigan's main conference room is available for use by members (an elevator is available). The room will accommodate from 2 to 60 people. We ask that the room be reserved 30 days prior to use.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and the room rental is $50 for contractor members, $100 for supplier members and $200 for non-members.

Please complete the 'Use of Facility' form and return it to the AGC office.  You will be notified whether your requested meeting date is available.

Audio/Visual equipment available includes:

• Polycom ViewStation MP videoconference unit
• Data Projector
• TV/VCR

Many of our members have participated in videoconferencing at AGC and have been happy with the results. If someone at the other location asks a question, all attendees can hear the question and answer as it is asked.

Our videoconferencing equipment can access 1 or 2 locations from Lansing. But, we can access 3 locations say Grand Rapids, Traverse City and Ann Arbor from here, with a bridge.
